Q: Whats a Champagne Party? Why was it just CV and the girl Dressed up?
Champagne Party: Ceremony before the dates are sent off to prom. So family and friends can rejoice and celebrate the emancipation of their children graduating high school. There’s food; music; and they toast champagne (21+) or Apple cider to see them off to Prom.
