In building Cherry Collaborative I’ve dealt with quite a few people. Most of whom are pretty professional and great people, occasionally some people who are pretty difficult to work with. Frankly I would say some assholes. I may not always be the easiest to work with all considered either, but regardless.

Anwar & Josh are without doubt my favorite clients and designs/shirts like this are testament to the movement/brand I’ve been part of building for quite sometime now. Initially this design was set to be the standard color camouflage in inset into a one color version of the triangle logo. An idea we’d had since we’d designed/created the canvas tee (one of my favorites) but point blank it looked retarded…

So I went back to the drawing board and told Anwar & Josh I had an idea. About 30 minutes later emailed over a mockup of this tonal camouflage. A phone call later it was part of the Summer 2012 collection. It’s a very subtle 6 colors in total but super dope small detail that really sets it off.
