I CAN'T FIND MY PACKAGE

IF YOU'VE RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT YOUR PACKAGE ISN'T AT YOUR DOOR, PLEASE CHECK AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOME (FRONT/BACK PORCH, SIDE/BACK DOOR). PLEASE ALSO CHECK IN WITH YUOR NEIGHBORS, ROOMMATES, DOORMAN, OR APARTMENT MAILROOM/FRONT DESK IF THEY HAVE RECEIVED IT FOR YOU.

IF AFTER THREEE DAYS, YOUR PACKAGE HAS STILL NOT BEEN LOCATED/DELIVERED PLEASE REACH OUT TO THE COURIER DIRECTLY FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. THEREFORE, IF AN ORDER HAS BEEN MARKED AS DELIVERED AND YOU DO NOT HAVE POSSESSION OF IT, YOU WILL NEED TO REACH OUT TO THE COURIER FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
